Sometimes overtly masculine pieces help counterbalance my violently feminine aura. Baseball caps, sneakers, and a camouflage jacket, made of air light nylon so I’m not sweating like some grunt in the fray.

The bill of this cheap hat is poking out, and sweat stains appear through the material, but I’m going to wear this hat for the rest of the season.

Prada calf drivers

Never pair camo with boots or trainers. Conservative Prada drivers in chewy leather elevate the army look.

Kinsella tote

From one of Tokyo’s many vintage shops chock full of Americana garb. I didn’t find anything in Kinsella except for their amazing tote featuring navy and red ink and a super handy crossbody strap. After over a decade since buying this tote, it’s still the best store-branded tote I’ve ever picked up. Ever.
