Again, I love Last Fashion in London. When I tried on this winged shirt, I knew it wouldn’t be a work shirt, but I knew I’d need it in my closet.

Cut to volunteering at the LGBT Center’s annual queer prom, and its gothic vampire theme in honor of Friday the 13th. This was admittedly very understated against the parade of custom black (and some white / pink) outfits that prom attendees donned. It warmed my little black heart.

If I were a vampire, I’d probably wear patent leather and safety-pinned satin. Again, understated against the platforms, winklepickers, and 6 inch heels of the crowd. But this prom was for them, not for me.
